2010 AKDAR Shriners’ Ladies Craft Bazaar Information

DEADLINE:  September 15, 2010, applications will not be accepted after that date.  Your table assignment will be mailed on October 1, 2010.

SET UP:  Friday (10/8), between noon and 6:00 pm or Saturday morning (10/9), after 7:00 am. 

PARKING:  after unloading your vehicle Saturday, please park ACROSS the street in the school parking lot.  We absolutely must reserve the Shrine Center parking lots for our customers.

TEAR DOWN:  will not be permitted before 2:00 pm.  When one starts tearing down, others follow.  Customers do not like this.  Please refrain from tearing down early. 

ELECTRICITY:  is limited and available indoors for those who indicated their need on the application.  If you are one of the electricity users, please plan to bring power cords to run from the wall outlet.

CONCESSIONS:  the Shrine Ladies have a booth with coffee, drinks, snacks and lunch items in the auditorium. 

RESTROOMS:  are located just outside the auditorium in the front hallway.

BANK:  we will have a bank available to make change for vendors. 

DRAWING:  again this year will be a drawing giving the vendors a chance to win a refund of their 2010 booth space.  I will have index cards for you to fill in your name, address, phone, email and assigned table number this year.

RELIEF:  I will be floating all day and can relieve you for a restroom break or concession trip.  You can call my cell at anytime during the Bazaar.
 

I will be completing the 2010 AKDAR Shriners’ Ladies 8th Annual Craft Bazaar table assignments by October 1, 2010.  I expect to be very full again this year with over 60 vendors in 2009.  Please get your application in early enough to be included this year.
